Where can I view my profile and its status?
Your profile window is located at the top of the screen when you log in to the game. Your profile data includes your name, rank and Gold Balance.

How can I change my nickname?
Your screen name can be changed at any time through the 'Settings' button found in the upper right corner of the main menu.
How can I change my profile picture?
You can change your profile picture at any time through the 'Settings' button found in the upper right corner of the main menu.
Choose the option 'Change profile image' and pick the avatar you would like to use. Once you are done, simply tap on the 'Set image'
button at the bottom, and your image will be replaced. Another option is to use your Facebook profile picture by tapping on the 'Facebook Connect'
button and entering your Facebook account details. Tap on 'Set image' in order to complete the process.
Can I upload my own picture?
This feature is currently not supported. However, you can use your own profile image by connecting your Facebook profile to your game account, via ‘Facebook connect’.
How can I play against my friend?
Connecting your Facebook profile to your game account will automatically add your Facebook friends.
Select the 'Leader Board' option in the main menu screen in order to see where you are placed among them
How can I get more in-game Gold?
There are numerous ways to get more in-game Gold. Firstly, you will receive daily bonus just for logging in. Connecting your account with Facebook and completing registration will earn you other bonuses.
Downloading other games and applications from Dragonplay will also earn you additional in-game Gold.
In addition to all of the above mentioned methods, you may purchase in-game Gold for real money by tapping on the 'Get Gold’ button from the main menu. Simply choose the amount of Gold you wish to buy and follow the on screen instructions.
Where can I find my Gold balance?
You can view your Gold balance by looking at the top of the screen when you log in to the game, where you will see your profile information.
In that profile window you can see your name, rank and number of Game Credits.
How can I get the game on my phone?
Well, that’s easy. If you have an Android based cell phone, simply go to ‘Android Market’ --> ‘Games’ --> ‘Cards & Casino’ --> ‘Live Blackjack' - by Dragonplay --> press the ‘Install’ button and follow the instructions.
I can’t find the game on Google market
First of all; Relax. Take a deep breath and then press the ‘Search’ option, which is located in the main screen of the Android Market. Start typing ‘Live Blackjack’ in the text box and press the ‘Search’ button. ‘Live Blackjack’ should appear as the first result.
Game keeps trying to reconnect/ not responding or freezing; what can I do?
Since this is an online game, an internet connection is necessary for playing. Start by checking your phones network connection. Perhaps you have
been disconnected and need to search for a new network. If you can’t connect through your phone providers’ network, try searching for an available
Wi-Fi connection. You may need to change your location in order to get better reception.
If none of the above work, talk with your phone provider – they may have been experiencing disconnections in their network.
I would like to play the game on my PC; is this possible?
The game is currently only available on Android based phones and tablets. In the near future, we will be launching a version for Facebook which will enable everyone to play on their PC. Once the application has been launched, we will announce it on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/LiveBlackjack
Do you use my details or email for spam?
We most certainly do not! Dragonplay takes pride in using the most advanced technologies for security and privacy settings. We at Dragonplay believe
in everybody’s right to privacy and a spam free mailbox. Therefore we make sure that our data base is secure and that our players emails are used for
the soul purpose of logging in to the game and requesting support.
Is it possible to sell my Gold to other players?
Selling your Gold to other players is forbidden. Furthermore, players who engage in this kind activity will be banned from the game.
Can I send Gold to my friends?
This option is not available.
Is it safe to buy Gold?
Purchasing of gold is done via Google Billing, which is well known for its high standards of security, and is one of the most well known web sites in the world.

Is your game considered to be a gambling service?
Although categorized as casino games, none of our games are considered to be gambling services. All Dragonplay games are played for virtual
gold and do not involve gambling for real money.
How can I disable all sounds in the game?
If you wish to play without sound then simply go to the ‘Settings’ menu and click the option ‘Turn Sound Off’.
