1) Eligibility
1.1 Dragonplay hereby offers to players (“Dragonplay Players”) a chance to win 1 BILLION Dragon Gold (the “Promotion”). The Promotion shall run from January 2012 to February 2012 (the "Qualifying Period").
1.2. The Promotion consists of 1 lucky draw of a Chance (as defined below) each week, during the Qualifying Period (the “Winner”). Each Winner will benefit its holder of a prize of 1 BILLION Dragon Gold.
1.3 Dragonplay Players will earn tickets ("Chance") for each US$5 or above purchased during the Qualifying Period, to participate in the Promotion, for example US$6 Dragon Gold will entitle the Dragonplay Player to one Chance, US$30 Dragon Gold will entitle the Dragonplay Player to 6 Chances

2) Draw Date and Prizes
2.1. The draw will be conducted solely during the Qualifying Period at every Wednesday at 5PM EST or such other date or time as Dragonplay may determine at its sole and absolute discretion. Each Chance entitles the holder thereof to participate only in the next draw (i.e., the next Monday), and shall thereafter expire.
2.2. The Winner shall be selected at random, either by means of a computerized system or by other means and method (which may be manual or computerized) as Dragonplay may determine in its absolute discretion.
2.3. Dragonplay has the absolute discretion to change the draw venue and draw date and time without any prior notice to Dragonplay Players or anyone else participating in the Promotion.
2.4. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for neither cash nor credit of any kind and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which Dragonplay may in its sole and absolute discretion impose from time to time.

3) Winner’s Notification
3.1 The Winner will receive a notification of the win by electronic mail no later than 24 hours from the draw.

4) General
4.1 Dragonplay reserves the right to disclose and publish the name or any relevant particulars of the Winner(s) in its promotional materials and/or any such media as it may determine.
4.2. Dragonplay reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the Promotion or the Draw at any time without notice or liability to any person.
